    Broccoli and Cheese Mini Egg Omelets







    Each omelet is loaded with broccoli and cheese, but you can use any combination of vegetables you like (spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)

    In a medium bowl, beat egg whites, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into the greased tins over broccoli until a little more than 3/4 full. Top with grated cheddar and bake in the oven until cooked, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Wrap any leftovers in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator to enjoy during the week.

    Chicken Pot Pie IX




    Ingredients - Nguyên liệu



    • 450gr thịt gà không xương xắt hạt lựu
    • chén cà rốt xắt lát mỏng
    • 1 chén đậu hoà lan
    • 1/2 chén cần tây xắt mỏng
    • 1/3 chén bơ
    • 1/3 chén hành tây cắt nhỏ
    • 1/3 chén bột
    • 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối
    • 1/4 muỗng tiêu
    • 1/4 muỗng hạt cần tây
    • 1 3/4 chén nước hầm gà
    • 2/3 chén sữa
    • 2 vỏ bánh chưa nướng 9 inch (23cm)

    Directions - Cách làm



    • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) Đun nóng lò trước 220 độ C
    • In a saucepan, combine chicken, carrots, peas, and celery. Add water to cover and boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set aside. Trộn thịt gà, cà rốt, đậu hoà lan, cần tây. Cho nước vừa xâm xấp, luộc 15'. Bắt xuống, chắc nước, để riêng.
    • In the saucepan over medium heat, cook onions in butter until soft and translucent. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk.     Tip:

    The first time I made this I followed the recipe to the letter and thought it tasted great but was too dry. So I doubled the sauce, used a deep dish pie plate, reduced the temp to 375 & baked for 45 minutes. It was perfectly moist without being runny, and the pie shells were perfectly done.

    American Shepherd's Pie





    This is an 'Americanized' version of that old standard, Shepherd's Pie. My family loves it! You can prepare your mashed potatoes as you normally would -- adding butter, milk, sour cream, whatever!

    • 1/2 tách cần tây cắt nhỏ
    • 1 hộp súp rau củ đậm đặc
    • 1/2 thìa lá thyme khô
    • 3 tách khoai tây nấu chín nghiền nhuyễn
    • 1 tách phô mai Colby longhorn xắt nhỏ

    Directions - Cách làm


    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish. Đun nóng lò trước 175 độ C, thoa bơ khay nướng khoảng 2 lít
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, stir and cook ground beef, onion and celery until juices run clear. Drain. Pour mixture into baking dish with vegetable soup and thyme; stir well. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Trong chảo lớn, lửa vừa đến cao, trộn và nấu thịt bò, hành, cần tay cho ̣đến khi nước trong.
